His pain was unbearable at times, but the water was the one thing that brought him some relief. So, every day, I gently carried him to the lake, where we would stand together in stillness, allowing him to rest without suffering. 🌊

Though I couldn’t heal him, I gave him what I could: my presence, my tenderness, my unconditional love. And I stayed with him until the very end. 💖
