14 Years Young: Still Wagging, Still Loving, Still Waiting for Cake!

Today marks my 14th birthday—98 in dog years! Can you believe it? Some may call me a senior, but I still feel the same spark in my heart as I did when I was just a pup chasing butterflies and learning how to bark.

Fourteen years… what a journey it has been. Every year has been filled with tail wags, belly rubs, muddy paws, warm cuddles, and the kind of love that words could never fully describe. I’ve lived a life surrounded by kindness, laughter, and gentle hands that reminded me, day after day, that I mattered.

As I look back, I remember the silly zoomies in the yard, the quiet nights curled up beside you, the times I waited by the door just to see you smile again. I may be getting slower now, my face may be grayer, and my naps a little longer—but my love for you only grows stronger with time.

To everyone who has walked beside me through the years—thank you. Thank you for being part of my story, for making me feel safe, loved, and truly seen. Your presence in my life has meant everything.

So, here’s to me—your loyal companion, your furry shadow, your best friend for life.
I’ve had 14 wonderful years… and if you’re wondering what I want today?

Just a little more love… and maybe a slice of cake. 🎂🐶
Let’s celebrate this beautiful day—because every year is a gift, and I’m grateful for every moment. 💛
