STRAY DOG IN CRITICAL CONDITION NEEDS HELP – SPOTTED ON HUGO PALAVER STREET, MOREYRA ROSS

On Hugo Palaver Street in the Moreyra Ross neighborhood, locals reported the heartbreaking sight of a severely neglected stray dog. The poor black dog appears malnourished, visibly weak, and is covered in ticks—especially around the neck, face, and chest.

This dog likely has been abandoned for a long time, its body thin and frail, barely able to stand. The number of ticks is alarming and poses a serious health risk—potentially leading to blood infections if left untreated.

A nearby resident shared:

“He just stood there quietly by the roadside, as if waiting for someone who never came. His eyes looked so sad. No food, no water, no care… it’s heartbreaking.”

As of now, no rescue groups or individuals have stepped in. We are making an urgent appeal to the animal rescue community, volunteers, and compassionate hearts everywhere: please help. Even a small act—a phone call, a share, a bottle of water—could mean the world to this dog.
