Attack (2022) is an Indian science fiction action film directed by Lakshya Raj Anand and stars John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Rakul Preet Singh in pivotal roles. The movie explores themes of patriotism, artificial intelligence, and cyber warfare, offering a high-octane blend of futuristic technology and action-packed sequences

The story revolves around Arjun Shergill (John Abraham), a highly skilled Indian army officer who, after being critically injured in a terrorist attack that leaves him paralyzed, volunteers to become part of an experimental military program. This program transforms him into India’s first “super soldier,” a technologically enhanced human with artificial intelligence (AI) embedded in his brain, giving him enhanced physical abilities and cognitive skills.

Arjun is equipped with a revolutionary AI system named IRA (short for Intelligent Robotic Assistant), which helps him overcome his physical limitations and become a powerful asset in fighting terrorism. As Arjun adjusts to his new powers, he must face a new breed of terrorist threats that utilize advanced technology and cyber warfare, led by the ruthless antagonist Hamid Gul (Elham Ehsas).

Throughout the film, Arjun struggles with his humanity and the consequences of being controlled by AI, as well as the emotional trauma from his past. Alongside Dr. Sabaha (Rakul Preet Singh), the scientist who developed the AI system, Arjun embarks on a mission to stop a large-scale terrorist attack targeting India’s capital.
